Certified to IATF 16949
Our quality system follows automotive standards: planned launches, controlled processes and full traceability.
IATF 16949 certificate
Our quality management system is certified to IATF 16949:2016 for the manufacturing of plastic injection parts. The certificate was issued by China Jiuding Automotive Supplier Certification Co., Ltd. (CASC).
| IATF certificate no. | 0533069 |

| CASC certificate no. | 2024A3362 |
| Registration date | July 25, 2024 |
| Expiration date | July 24, 2027 |
You can check the certificate at iatfglobaloversight.org. IATF 16949 includes all the requirements of ISO 9001, so we no longer keep a separate ISO 9001 certificate.
Inspection equipment
In our plant, first articles and in-process samples are measured on a TZTEK VMA4030 2.5D video measuring system with 400 × 300 × 200 mm travel and sub-micron resolution.
At our toolmaking partner, mold components and sample parts are also measured on a Hexagon coordinate measuring machine (CMM) and a toolmaker's microscope.

How we control quality
- Planned launchesFull-lifecycle control from DFM to mass production, with PPAP at the level you require.
- Process capabilityWe monitor process capability in-house against the Cp and Cpk targets each customer sets.
- TraceabilityBatch tracking from raw resin lot to finished packaging.
- Problem solvingCAPA and 8D, with containment within 24 hours and closed-loop root cause analysis.
- Materials complianceRoHS, REACH and halogen-free compliance managed with our material suppliers for customers who require it.
