After a customer places the PO, engineering department will analyze the product structure based on customer’s mold design requirement and confirm whether any adjustment is required for the final structure design. After the modification of product design is approved, 2d and 3d mold design will be completed in a week, followed with internal review and customer confirmation. After the mold design is approved, molding department will start various processes according to the design (CNC, EDM, w-EDM, machining and etc), quality department will inspect completed components of the mold, fitting department will assembly and try the mold. After the samples are approved by the quality department, inspection report and samples will be expressed to the customer.CAD/CAM software includes Moldflow, Pro-E, UG-II and Solidworks.
